Info |
Feng Kowloon (ファンクーロン Fan Kūron?) is a member of Under. In the past he served as Shen's Master. He is a Negator with the alias Unfade. He is currently the 10th seat of the 101st Union, though has no wish to actually join.
Appearance[]
Feng wears a Chinese martial arts outfit with his hood on, obscuring his face and has wrinkles on his hands. Written on his outfit are an upside-down bu, 不, the symbol of Under, and the characters baji, 八极, in simplified Mandarin Chinese. This is in reference to his martial art style, Shin Hakkyoku, or Xin Baji in Chinese.
When his hood is off, he is revealed to be a young man with a messy ponytail in his outfit, and strands of hair sticking out front from both ears and his forehead, he also has a mark in the middle of his forehead.
In the past, Feng was an elderly man with a messy ponytail with hair strands sticking out the back and a long strand of hair at the front and the same mark on his forehead, he also has a moustache that dangles to his upper chest and wears a Master's outfit, his face has tons of wrinkles compared to his rejuvenated self.
Personality[]
Feng is a quiet man who does not talk much and can only speak Mandarin Chinese. He is shown be cautious of danger, running away with Creed in tow once it became clear that they would not be able to beat Tatiana and her UT barrier release.
Feng is a selfish person and is obsessed with the strong, to the point where he'll force people to fight regardless of their bonds to each other and will kill people who get in his way.
This selfishness is apparent when Billy ordered him to bring Unluck back alive, but instead he uses her and others as an object of weakness on the people that care about them, and will kill them to make his opponents stronger.
He also is a battle junkie like his pupil, Feng is a really smart person as he has found weaknesses for both the Negations of Untruth and Undead, he outright states that he'd love to fight God, even if it meant the world ending, showing his carelessness for anyone but himself.
History[]
While nothing concrete is revealed of 100th Feng's past, it can be inferred that he was once a fearsome martial artists who awakened his Unfade, thus trapping him the body of an elder and unable to fight as he used to. He would set up a school for martial artists, including Shen, if only for his own desires to become young again. When he learned what Shen's sister Mei was capable of, he forced the two to fight to the death, ending with Shen awakening Untruth and accidentally killing Mei. Feng then defeated Shen and would later on joined Under to find and collect Artifacts.[4] Possibly to regain his lost time.

Feng watches Creed shoot Tatiana through her open armour but says it's no use in Chinese, Creed then uses a poison cannister to beat Tatiana, giving himself and Feng a gas mask to not be affected by it, when her armour is fully released, she erases Creed's left arm and leg, Feng then grabs his remaining arm and jumps away from the radius.
Feng and Creed are back inside Kain and Latla asks for assistance after Rip is shot through the heart, they then leave when Latla states Rip won't be dying today.
Feng is later seen with Backs and ready to fight Top and Phil.
Autumn Arc[]
It was later revealed that Feng had used the Life is Strange artifact to rejuvenate Rip. This in turn grants him the youth he so desperately craved.
Winter Arc[]
Summer Arc[]
Ragnarok Arc[]
Union Arc[]
He returns in the 101st loop, where its revealed that he met and was defeated by Fuuko beforehand, which lead to the current arrangement that he only kills UMAs, not people. In exchange for every UMA he kills, he can challenge Fuuko to a fight. He makes his first appearance when he is accidentally summoned by Fuuko's Bad Luck Bullet to defeat Heat, which allows him to fight Fuuko again. However, because he doesn't understand her Unluck, he is defeated once more when Unluck has Heat's remains trigger a gas explosion. He then asks how Fuuko can has such a fighting style, which she explains is thanks to Shen of the previous loop. She then recommends that he takes in and trains him, which he agrees, but vows to kill both her and Shen so he can prove his idealized vision of strength.
Untruth Arc[]
Unmove Arc[]
As Shen's rehabilitates in the aftermath of their match, Feng battles Fuuko in the hopes she can recruit him to the Union. When Shen awakens, Feng prepares to depart, leaving Mui and Shen with the Union. However, he's held in place by Fuuko using Shen's Untruth, and convinces him to stay for a mission, using the chance to fight stronger opponents as incentive. As Feng becomes more and more excited by a new "mission" that asks for ten individuals, he's left furious that it was merely taking over and blending into Chikara's school to save the boy from his tragedy. All Feng can do is scream how Fuuko "set him up." His role is a PE coach.
He's forced to stay thanks to Shen using his Untruth to prevent him from fleeing. As the semester continues, the time comes to save Chikara. As Feng pulls the truck driver that would run over Chikara's parents out of the wreckage, he asks why he wasn't on truck stopping duty, due to not being recognized as a "friend" by Sean. When an UMA appears on Chikara's graduation day, he and the rest of the Union are forced to pull out to detain it. When it shifts into one of the students, Feng finds himself unable to attack it, much to his confusion and anger. After the UMA is defeated, Chikara prepares one last photo of his school year. Feng attempts to escape, but is caught by Unmove before crashing into the roof. He does not return with the rest of the Union, presumably due to being deceived into taking this "mission" in the first place.
Language Arc[]
He returns in the middle of Nico and Ichico's battle against the Master Rule Language, being summoned thanks to Ichico calling for "Unfade" and Fuuko granting him the 10th seat of the Union. With his abilities, he is easily able to read souls, allowing him to score a hit on Lan by destroying her summoned Shen Long. However, his bloodthirsty personality doesn't make him a good fit to work for others. When he attempts to battle Language's summoned Luna and Sun for the shear pleasure of it, Nico stops him, telling him they can't mess around and they need to work together to win. However, Feng counters, asking why he won't sacrifice Ichico to become Unforgettable. Nico responds by claiming that fighting to protect someone makes them far stronger then fighting alone. This convinces Feng to work with the others, creating a new move forever etched into the world in word form and striking the two fake Gods.
It is still not enough, due to the fake Luna and Sun being the peak of spiritual and physical strength respectively. To actually win, Ichico convinces him to sacrifice himself so Nico can gain an understanding on souls, with him readily agreeing to it due to believe it will make him stronger. As he rushes down the fake Gods with Kuon Shinkon-Ha, he is disintegrated alongside Ichico due to the Gods' attacks. Once revived by Nico's Unforgettable, his newfound knowledge of souls enables him to one-shot the fake Luna, critically damaging Language, much to her confusion and anger.
When Language has the fake Sun go supernova, Feng willingly goes with Nico's plan in order to repay the debt he accrued thanks to his newfound knowledge of souls. As Lan is left stunned by her fake Sun being pushed into the Master Room, Feng mocks her for getting distracted and not thinking of her own victory. Once Lan willingly looses her Shitori game, Feng is seen walking away, due to his assistance no longer being acquired.
Unchaste Arc[]
Feng calls over Kokuto'un to leave as Fuuko talks with Nico and Ichico. When Fuuko tries to stop him due to being the 10th seat and part of the Union, he explains he has no desire to join, only helping because of the debt he need to repay. While Fuuko asks him to stay so he can train the other Negators, he still refuses and heads off. It's later revealed that Feng still possesses the 10th seat, much to Sean's disappointment.
