Gina Chamber (ジーナチェンバー Jīna Chenbā) is a Negator and a former member of the Union who crossed paths with Andy over fifty years ago in the 100th loop. She is now a member of the Union and is the second seat of the roundtable in the 101st loop.
She is the main antagonist of the Unchange Arc but, becomes an ally from the Union Arc onwards.
She lived in Russia before becoming a member.
Appearance
Gina is a young woman with long pink hair. She wears a button up shirt with a plaid skirt and red union tie which she alters to appear more teen like. One of her key items is her blazer which Fuuko kept from the previous loop, which is lined inside with a table with Gina's name on one side, and Andy's on the other, an item which Fuuko called a 'good luck charm'. Noticeably, in all loops Gina wears a beret, and item which suits her artist personality very well. In her home town it is a more normal beret, but when she joined Union, she asked for a custom 'large beret' which she can use to spin around and attack with. She wears stirrup stockings, leaving her mostly barefoot.
In the current loop, her long pink hair is braided into a pony tail tied up with a bow, a round rimmed glasses. She also has freckles that go across her nose and under her eyes. At first, She wears a dress with a apron over it. After joining the Union. She changes into a Union's uniform.
In the original loop, Gina is an elderly woman whose face and arms are noticeably aged in her true appearance but she maintains the appearance of looking like a teenager through wearing thick layers of makeup which she maintains with her ability. She is noted to be flat-chested but with a large ass.
In previous loops, Gina doesn't attempt to hide her age, appearing a lot shorter than usual, with her plaid skirt reaching her feet and a schal over her shoulders. She has a walking stick to help her move.
Personality
Gina greatly detests the act of "change" in the world, such as the passing of a loved one, or her own age. This sentiment was so strong in her that it led to 'Unchange' awakening in her. Growing up, Gina struggled to make friends, something would cause her to try and become friends with everyone she meets, such as Fuuko when they first met. Gina had always had a love for painting, namely painting Lake Baikal, her grandmothers favorite place. Gina has a crush on Andy despite being the one who captured him years ago. She also has a habit of giving people nicknames, such as calling Andy "Deady Dearest", Fuuko "Lil' Lucky" or Juiz "Jaunty Justy." She is also dedicated to her job.
Her 101st loop self meanwhile is incredibly loyal to Fuuko as a result of her words to Feng about strength, to the point of putting herself in danger for her sake. She takes great pride in being the Union's number 2, and can be haughty to other Negators members newbies such as Void and Seen at first. She also lacks the nicknaming aspect of her previous self.
Plot
History
Gina was born and raised in Irkutsk, Russia. Growing up, Gina couldn't make friends well, something which worried her grandmother, but insisted as long as she was around, she was fine. Following her grandmothers death inn 1972, Gina finished a painting of Lake Baikal and laid it on her grave, but began to despair over the fact things had to change in the world. Entering town, an UMA, Heat, was burning down her hometown, which led to Gina's ability, Unchange, awakening causing her to make the air around her to become unchangeable, killing 40,000 people due to asphyxiation. Following this incident, she joined Union at some point, but was racked with despair over what she did.
50 years ago, Gina is assigned to capture Undead; she finds him, cuts his head, and captures him. But as there are no empty seats, they have to imprison him. She is assigned to oversee him and its saddened that he ended up in this situation because of her, but he is fine as all those experiments would make him learn more about himself. Each time she visits him, she shares her reservations about killing and wonders if it would be better if she is dead and he promises her that once he escapes, he will grant her wish and put her on top of his hit list. Hearing that, she fell in love with him.
10 year later, Andy manages to escape and Gina spends the next 40 years trying to find him. During this time she learned how to create hands with Unchange, though states she doesn't know how she learnt to do it.
Unchange Arc
On a satellite, Gina sees that Andy and Fuuko and comments that Andy haven't changed. She then shoots the boat and destroys it.
Fuuko and Andy arrive at lake Baikal, but Andy goes to meet some buddies. There Gina was on a mission searching for an UMA possible hiding in the lake. While scanning the lake, she was painting and Fuuko sees her and she comments that she paint herself, Gina invites her to paint with her. Gina asks her if she prefers stuff that change or remain the same, as she herself prefers when things remain the same, but Fuuko tells her she needs to think about it. When Fuuko finishes her painting, she shows it to Gina and explains she added some sparkles around the moon to not be lonely and then explains that she didn't change for over 10 years, but had met a man four days ago and he made her world go crazy and helped her change, so she started to appreciate change more.
Gina tells her she is still young, but she resonates with her. As she starts walking on the surface of the lake, a large part of the water rises up and stays in the air. Andy then comes back and attacks Gina, revealing that she had caught him 50 years ago. Gina gets excited and happy to see Andy, but he attempts to cut her, but her barrier blocks his attack. Fuuko is surprised that's as Gina looks same age as her, which makes Gina happy, but Andy explains she is 66 years old now and must be using some anti-aging tech. Seeing them together, Gina gets angry and explains that she fell in love with Andy first and how she caught him, but as there was no empty seats, they had to keep him in a cell, but Andy told her that way he would find his own rules and when he escapes he will have a rematch with her, but after he escaped, she haven't heard from him for 40 years. They keep fighting and Gina lands an attack, she explains Andy would have been able to dodge it if the girl wasn't there and tells him to give up on her, but he refuses as she is his ticket to die. Andy shoots himself in the air and blows himself, causing a rain of blood and reveals the invisible barrier and arms of Gina, realizing she is Unchange and is able to negate an object's change in state and in this case air.
Andy forms a plan to take her down with Fuuko's help, making her touch his back with her chest in attempt to cover as much skin area as possible for a big unluck. Seeing that Gina gets angry that she is seducing him with her breasts, but explains they will go droop after 20 years, but she will remain unchanged due to her Unchange. Andy then explains that there are two types of Negators, self-targeting ones that only affect themselves, and external types, that affect anything but themselves and that she is the second and is just using tons of makeup as well as he believes she can't use her ability on living beings. Gina gets annoyed and they keep fighting. Andy eventually hits something invisible above the lake and Gina explains that they are getting in the way of her investigation as she is there to look for an UMA possible hiding in it. A large ship then reveal itself and she explains she is using her ability to scan parts of the lake. They continue to fight and Andy blinds her with his blood. Realizing there is a small hole in her barrier underneath her, they manage to rotate Gina's barrier and Fuuko throws Andy's head inside the barrier, with he biting her tie.
Andy explains that while she has the barrier, they can't beat her with the unluck, but if he is inside of the barrier, then the unluck will surely strike him there. Considering light passes through the barrier, he believes its gonna be light-based. In that moment Gina receives news from the ship that it started to transform and they can't shut it down. The ship then shoots a beam obliterating everything on its path. Moment later Gina lies on the ground and Andy stands up, placing his fist on her heart and shooting his finger through his arm, so that Gina can't block it if there is air, but Fuuko tells Andy to stop and he catches his finger bullet. Gina explains that she wanted to change, but being part of the organization, she never managed to change anything, neither the world or her. After seeing Fuuko's painting, she started to believe change may not be a bad thing. Gina tells them to leave as her anti-aging is starting to wear off, but Andy gets close to her and tells her that a few wrinkles won't change her beauty. As she seemingly kisses him, Gina dies peacefully moments later.
Ragnarok Arc
Her corpse is shown alongside Void's when Andy breaches Nico's lab to fight him. She "returns" alongside Void as one of the Astral Dolls used by Nico after UMA Ghost fuses with him, becoming more powerful as a result. She disappears when Andy manages to break Nico's mind by destroying his lab.
Union Arc
In the 101st loop, she is seen mourning the death of her grandmother by placing a painting on her grave. As she wonders why things have to change, her village is attacked by UMA Heat, and in response to it "changing her world", she manifests her power for the first time. However, with the timely intervention of Fuuko, Nico, and Ichico, her power is contained, preventing her from killing anyone. After Fuuko defeats both Heat and then Feng, Gina accepts Fuuko's hand in friendship, and becomes the fourth Negator of Union, taking the 2nd seat of the Roundtable.
She then takes part in the quest to defeat UMA Autumn, where she travels into Fuuko's memories and into the previous loop though the same scheme Anno Un did. Eventually, she meets the previous Gina's ghost and after learning how Unchange works though the heart, she is empowered by her wish to protect Fuuko, her first friend. This allows her to master Unchange before cleaving Autumn in two by using Unchange Sword. She then asks Fuuko to just call her "Gina" to separate her current self from her 100th loop self, but does mimic her previous self's outfit as a form of respect. During the quest to capture Void, she becomes hostile to the boxer as the match goes on, and reluctantly just puts him in Unchange-made cuffs to take him back to the Roundtable.
Negator War Arc
When entering the Bujora war for Disc, Gina's Unchange is put to the test when the constant gunfire from Creed's Undecrease gets through her barriers, and later when Fuuko's "Nostalgia Bullet" threatens Nico due to Disc being directed to flatten him.
Unfeel Arc
After stopping the war and recruiting Creed, Tella, and Billy, she is put in time out so she can recover. However, Gina refuses this as she wants to protect Fuuko, and helps Seen with his own Negator ability so the two can help sneak aboard the rocket that carries Fuuko, Nico, and Creed to Phil's station. After being scolded by Nico and Fuuko for disobeying orders, Gina uses her Unchange to create a bridge to allow the rocket to reach the station. Due to a lack of dust particles in the air, she couldn't see the bridge, forcing Seen to go out and check for any openings. After the rocket successfully boards the station thanks to Phil's hacking, Gina and the rest of the team find Phil, who asks them to save his mom from the station's attackers; aliens. After defeating the aliens' queen and preparing to go home, the queen infests the Union's escape bod with eggs, forcing Phil to hold it back to change the pod's trajectory and not hit anything. Gina then uses her Unchange to keep Phil from breaking down as the rest of the Union work to get rid of the eggs. After crashing down, Gina protects Phil by placing the two of them in an Unchange barrier as she hugs him.

Abilities
Unchange (
- Barrier Creation: Gina's primary use of her ability is to create barriers of varying shapes; the most common one being an indestructible spherical barrier of unchanging air that surrounds her at all times. The only breaking point in this barrier is a small hole at her feet which allows her to walk around. She can also manifest these barriers as large arms or as a flight of stairs to walk up into the air.
- Unchange Sword: Gina uses the power of Unchange to create a sword capable of cutting through almost anything.
- Permanent Makeup: By applying her Unchange to the makeup she wears, Gina can maintain a permanently youthful appearance though the façade will crack when she's feeling extreme rage.
