Haruka Yamaoka (山岡 春歌, Yamaoka Haruka), also known as Yamaoka-Isshin the 13th, is member no. 6 of the Round Table who is a Negator with the alias Unbreakable.
Appearance []
Haruka's armor design seems to be based on a traditional Japanese samurai armor called Yoroi. She wears the Union logo on her helmet, right above her face.
Underneath her armor, she is bulky in her build with a toned body, towering over the other members in the Union. Her hair is long and fairly spiky with bangs covering her scar.
Her appearance out of armor in the 101st loop is mostly the same, but she lacks the scar on her forehead.
Personality []
Haruka has been shown to be a quiet and protective person, showing great care for her fellow members. She seems extremely attached to her armor, not wanting to take off her helmet even after being severely wounded in the neck, not making it easier for Nico to check the wound in the process.
In the 101st loop, she is a lot more outspoken and passionate out of her armor, as shown by her anger at failing to catch Top.
Plot[]
Spoil Arc[]
When Andy and Fuuko izumo join the organization, Andy shoots fingers at each member, but Isshin lets the finger hit them and moves one of their hand's to protect Phil from the other finger. When Apocalypse reveals the new quests, Isshin along with other members take on UMA Burn's quest.
When they captured Spoil, Shen calls for help in stopping Victor and Isshin along with the rest come fight Victor. Isshin slams Victor from behind, making Victor comment that they used only brute strength and if Isshin doesn't fight him, he may let Isshin live. But as they kept fighting, Victor realizes how sturdy Isshin is, as his attacks has no effect on Isshin. Isshin then grabs Victor and lets Phil shoot both Isshin and Victor, while burning Victor, but again having no effect on Isshin.

When Nico betrays the Union, Top flees with Haruka to protect her and therefore keep the Unbreakable gate protecting the Roundtable from being broken through by Ruin and Seal. Upon realizing this, Ruin sends Seal after them both. Top tries to protect Haruka from Seal, but Seal eventually overwhelms him and eventually fatally wounds Haruka as well before Feng is able to arrive and neutralize the UMA.
Negator War Arc[]
She is first shown as a baby, being doted upon by Isshin the 12th and Fuuko, before squeezing the latter's fingers in annoyance. When the 12th Isshin learns what she did in the previous loop from Fuuko, Isshin immediately agrees to join to honor her memory.

She is shown during the collage of pictures along side Isshin.
Sick Arc[]
Following her grandfather's decision to stay behind and raise her and build more weapons for the Union, he would pass away as the other Negators would travel to 2015, allowing her to become the 13th Isshin. She initially shows up in her armor, making it unclear if 12th had survived, and would help the other Union members in fight against Sick.
Unjustice Arc[]
It is revealed that she has yet to gain a set on the Roundtable.
Unstoppable Arc[]
Upon arriving in Brazil, Fuuko and Julia encounter the 101st version of Top in the midst of a stealing spree, including snatching Julia's wallet. Shortly after, Haruka, now a teenager with Unbreakable, arrives and attempts to catch Top with a net. Top manages to escape her, to her frustration before she notices Fuuko and Julia's presence.
She explains to Fuuko that Top's deactivation requirement for Unstoppable has changed from its previous incarnation to now requiring him to break something with a kick. Haruka also informs Fuuko that while she was able to prevent anyone from getting killed or harmed when he first got Unstoppable, he still ended up quitting running when his mother was stricken by a contagious disease that forced the two to have to live in the forest and Top to resort to stealing in desperation and revenge.
Following Fuuko's confrontation of Top, Haruka catches him as he rushes home, revealing that she covered his house with an Unbreakable barrier to protect Top's mother from Fuuko's Unluck. Upon sensing UMA Beast's presence, she quickly covers Top's ears at the cost of her own, her eardrums bursting from the sheer power of Beast's roar.

Unbreakable (
- Pile Cannon: Unbreakable: A gigantic unbreakable pillar made by Isshin that was used inside the base of Union, the pillar was shot towards Burn at high speed impaling it.
- Unbreakable Crafting Iwato Gakure: Stone Door Conceal: Isshin gathers a pieces of rubble and turns it into an instant Unbreakable Wall that blocks any type of attack aimed at her.
Enhanced Strength: Isshin has great brute strength which corresponds to her great physical size, slashing Victor in half with a blow and cracking the ground beneath him.
Enhanced Durability: Isshin has great durability, resisting Victor's attacks without taking damage, also suppressing a laser that incinerated one of Victor's clones without taking damage.
