Julia U. Stitia (ジュリアU.スティティア, Juria U. Sutitia^?) is the reincarnation of Juiz d'Arc in the 101st loop.

Appearance

Julia appears practically identical to Juiz, aside from being younger and wearing her hair short. Instead of Juiz's suit, she wears her academy's uniform.

Personality

Despite the appearance of a proper young lady, she is both quite kind yet also very tomboyish as she takes the time to read all of the love letters given to her before rejecting them in person while also impulsively challenges Fuuko to 100 matches of fencing so she can learn more about Juiz. She holds "justice" to be very important, such as protecting her friend Anna from an UMA, but struggles to live up to and understand her previous incarnation's "justice".

Plot

Unburn Arc

She shows up at the very end of the arc, being one of the locations that Andy's soul-infused Parts Bullets pointed towards. She is seen enjoying tea before noticing the Bullet falling from the sky like a star and wondering what it was.

Unjustice Arc

Julia is revealed to be the reincarnation of Juiz, due to the latter hailing from a world where gender and sex didn't exist. As a result, Julia is heavily influenced by her previous self's life as she attends a private school, from wanting to become a politician to right the world's wrongs to taking up and mastering fencing despite holding up a saber once. One night as she and her friend Anna were training in secret, UMA Gold attacks and tries to use its powers on Anna to discover the location of Juiz. Julia, who has dreams of her previous life, challenges the UMA to a match to protect her, only for Fuuko and Gina to show up and defeat the UMA, having been watching everything and concluding her being Juiz's reincarnation.

Julia, wanting to learn more about her previous self, challenges Fuuko to fencing match with the promise of her victory being Fuuko revealing what she knows about the woman in her dreams. Fuuko wins 99 of the rounds due to sheer strength difference, but Julia wins by invoking the former's Unluck and causes the building to fall down, using the chance to score a hit. After winning, Fuuko reveals that Juiz helped her become strong. Fuuko then takes Julia with her to gather the other four Negators revealed by the Parts Bullets, starting with Top.

Abilities

Unjustice (不正義 (アンジャスティス) , Anjasutisu^?): Julia has a negator ability that allows her to control the actions of others by altering their sense of "Justice"; when affected, the target will be forced to behave in a way contrary to their beliefs, such as attacking their allies or themselves. The condition for the negation to activate is that Julia has to look at the target with her eyes uncovered.

Swordsmanship: Due to subconsciously holding some of Juiz's billions of years worth of sword-fighting experience, Julia is extremely proficient with swords even after only just starting to use them. However, she still lacks the ability to overcome physically stronger opponents like Juiz could, as demonstrated with her 100 bouts with Fuuko.

• Her full name Julia U. Stitia is a play on "Justitia", the Roman goddess of justice that was the inspiration for Lady Justice.
  • "Iustitia" (Latin word for "justice") it is also one of the cardinal virtues together with Fortitude, Temperance and Prudence
• Julia wields a rapier while her corresponding UMA, Justice, wields a longsword.
