Luna (ルナ Runa?) is one of the two existing gods, she resides on the moon.
Appearance[]
She appears as an outline of a woman in a dress and a shawl. She is often seen with a fancy teacup with flower design on it.
Personality[]
Luna is shown to be very calm, and hardly fazed by anything, unless it has to do with the world's rules, as shown by her contacting of Juiz, a first as noted by the Union leader. Despite siding with humanity, she is overall callous and indifferent to the suffering that negators go through, such as praising Juiz's hatred for holding back Sun, not understanding the context of what Juiz was really powering Rebellion with, nor Victor's. Her attempt at consoling Fuuko following the 100th world's destruction also comes off as hollow due to her lack of empathy.
However, there seems to be another side to her, as suggested by Soul, she created him for humanity to have "potential". He rejects all her reasons and believes she has something else in mind. What this entails is currently unknown.
Plot[]
Background[]
Long ago, Luna and Sun created the world, and from there, entered a game to see if their creations would reach them, with Luna taking humanity's side and creating the artifacts. She also created the first UMA, Soul, which all Negators and UMA derive their abilities from.
Ragnarok Arc[]
She first appears when Juiz gives all her points to save a dying Fuuko, with Andy and Fuuko being temporarily teleported on the moon and seeing her for the first time. She then states "may the graces of the moon be upon thee both". She returns to speak with Juiz as Andy tears through UMA in order to save Fuuko's spirit from Ruin, who asks Juiz to stop Undead from ruining the world before God enacts their "regulations". However, Juiz states it's impossible as Andy will not stop his crusade now that they have taken Fuuko from him. In response, Sun wastes no time in enacting these "regulations".
When Fuuko begins charging the Roundtable for the next loop, Luna shows up again, wanting to chat with the Union's new leader. She reveals that the state of the world - the loops - are a result of a game that she and Sun play, whether to see if their creation, humanity, can reach them. Sun believed humans could not, and created the UMAs, and while Luna believed humanity could win and created the artifacts, she shows her callous and caring nature as everyone else struggles and dies in the face of God's might.
Eventually, she laughs excited at Juiz's death out of twisted excitement of how the remaining Negators will hand Sun now, only to be taken back by Victor's usage of Rebellion. After Fuuko manages to successfully warp to the next loop, Luna greats the new first seat of Union as she screams in despair as the 100th Earth is destroyed. Luna "attempts" to assure her it will be fine as the Earth is remade for the 101st loop and Andy will be warped to its surface once it's done. However, this comment earns her Fuuko's hatred as the new leader vows to use the chance given to her by everyone's sacrifice to "negate" both Gods, with Luna looking forward to her attempts.
Unstoppable Arc[]
Soul appears before Luna so they can watch the final moments of Beast's battle against the Union. As the battle reaches it end, he questions her as to why she created him, when his ability is the sole one that gives humanity "potential" rather than "suffering". Her usual reason of "find the greatest life" and "wanting to be amused" are rebuffed by the First Master Rule, with questioning what her true goal being meet with silence. Soul leaves, but not before telling her he will not change his goals as an UMA and says farewell to Beast.

Powers & Abilities[]
- Artifact Creation: Luna creates the artifacts as part of her game with Sun.[1]
- UMA Creation: Luna is also able to create UMAs, but only created the first - Soul.
- Time Dilation: Luna seems able to severely dilate the flow of time for those on the moon, shown when Ark is used and when Juiz traded her points to move Fuuko and Andy one week into the future to when Ghost would be added.
- Lunar Beam: Language's version of Luna can fire a beam from her hand, indicating the real Luna can do so as well.
