Nico Vorgeil (ニコ゠フォーゲイル Nico Fōgeiru?) is former member no. 8 of the Round Table. He was a Negator in the Previous Loop, and acts as Fuuko's right hand following the start of the 101st Saga, staying a regular human scientist until the Language Arc.
Appearance[]
Nico is described as the engineer of the group, wearing a bandana and lots of possible body modifications, like The Union's emblem in his skin. He has bags under his eyes, possibly a memento to his late wife. He has four holes in his fore head which allows him to manipulate the Psycho Pods to a better degree. He has purple colored hair and eyes.
In the Union Arc, Nico is younger and has a healthier complexion. He lacks the bags under his eyes, and his hair is much longer, reaching his neck. After joining the union, he wears a white shirt with a tie.
Personality[]
Nico is quite a blunt and straight forward man, often getting straight to the point with anyone he's speaking to. Equally, Nico is a passionate and resolute person, desiring to learn everything about the world he can. He trusts facts more than theories, which is why he is an atheist and gets so upset when a new, unknown rule is added to the world.
Despite coming off as rude at first, Nico is actually quite caring, going out of his way to help out people who are suffering from illnesses, people who in turn become devoted to him. He invented his most 'useless invention' in order make Ichico feel better about herself.

History[]
During his life, Nico has studied at university, meeting Bau and eventually earned a bachelor. By 1972, Nico was living in a rundown apartment in New York conducting experiments using sub-par equipment. It was during his time here he met many of his current assistants, such as Zack, Lang and Poccho, who he used his science to save from various conditions. Eventually, Nico met Juiz, who brought him into Union, which many of his assistants followed him to. While working at Union, it was his job to use his expertise to come up with technology to counter God's rules, such as electrical currents. However, by the time he had solved one, another rule was just as quickly added, such as "Black Hole". This often left Nico frustrated, throwing a fit in his lab.
It was then that Juiz introduced Ichico Nemuri, the negator Unsleep and member of the roundtable. Upon meeting her, Nico told her to cover up her skin and cut her hair, both of which she denied to do. Within a month of arriving, she has surpassed the amount of inventions Nico had made. While in a room making plans together, Nico advised her to at least wash her hair, which she also denied to do. The two discuss their motivations for science, Nico claiming to want to know everything in the world, and Ichico claiming to want to know everything she doesn't know. Mid-conversation, Ichico falls off her ladder in exhaustion, and Nico quickly catches her, and sees her eyes for the first time, which have incredibly large eyebags. Ichico immediately punches Nico and locks herself in the study.
On her birthday, the group gives Ichico a present each, and Nico notes how she came out of her room just in time for her birthday. Nico eventually gives his gift to her, which at first appears to be an electric chair. Despite this, Ichico sits on the chair, and Nico powers it up. Taking the helmet off, it is revealed the machine changed the coordinates of her eyebags, making them appear more like eye-shadow. Ichico is heavily moved by this, falling in love with Nico, marrying him and eventually having a child with him. During their time together, the two did research on the Astral Dolls, however both found the movements to be slow and simple. Ichico proposed that what the dolls needed was souls, and Nico began to research into the use of souls in dolls, in order to use them in the dolls but also save his wife, who had little time left due to her negation. Months later, Ichico's body was too exhausted and she died from exhaustion during childbirth, which led a c-section being performed to save their daughter, Mico. It was as she died that Nico's negation, Unforgettable, activated, and the only image of her face he can remember is the one on her death bed.
At some point 50 years ago, Andy is captured by Gina and Nico spends 10 years performing a variety of experiments on him, until Andy manages to escape.
Spoil Arc[]
When Andy and Fuuko arrive at the roundtable, Andy shoots fingers at each member, but Nico uses his spheres to neutralize the finger aimed at him. When Apocalypse reveals the new quests, Juiz asks him to analyze the quests and as he does, he tells them they need to prioritize the first three, especially Burn due to its reward and suggests they give up on Spoil due to lack of information. Juiz agrees on that and Nico participate in the capture of UMA Past and takes UMA Language quest on his own.
Later he is performing maintenance on Phil's artifacts, when one misfire and hits Andy, which in reality is caused by Fuuko's Unluck.
When Spoil is captured, Shen calls the Union for help in stopping Victor and Nico, and the rest arrive. As they fight him, using his spheres, Nico burns and cuts Victor in two and reveals that during the years of experiments he did on Andy, he realized that his regeneration slows when he is burned. Victor then regenerates elsewhere, and they continue fighting him, while protecting Fuuko, until she manages to activate her ability and defeat him.

Abilities[]
Unforgettable ( Anfōgettaburu?): This ability negates Nico's ability to forget any and all information following its manifestation. He is forced to remember everything he learns and experiences, down to the smallest of details, such as the temperature of the room he is in at any given moment, the exact words he speaks and hears in a conversation, to the exact look on someone's face as they die. While useful in some aspects, since it means he never forgets anything he learns, it also means his mind is constantly being crushed under the memories of all his past experiences. Furthermore, since the negation only protects memories formed after its manifestation, the memories from times prior become increasingly dimmer and more distant. In the 101st Loop however he had found a way to use his soul to store memories allowing him to still remember things prior to manifesting the negation ability.
- Fighting Style Replication: Unforgettable allows Nico to replicate fighting styles simply by copying the stances and movements with precise accuracy, allowing him to overcome seasoned fighters like Shen, Mui, and even Andy. He later even manages to replicate Feng's Chi control.
High Intelligence: Nico is the most intelligent member of the Union, having created most of the devices and mechanisms used by the organization over time, being a great inventor.
Soul Wire: In the 101st Loop by learning from Feng's control over his soul, Nico can create soul constructs with the appearance of the wires used to connect with the Psycho Pods. By connecting it with someone else, he can instantly share his memories with perfect clarity.
Equipment[]
Psycho Pods: The Psycho Pods are a multi-functional tool of Nico's that allow him to perform a variety of tasks. They are capable of levitation, and are powerful enough that Nico can balance himself and move around on a single one. The Psycho Pods can fire laser beams as a projectile, or form invisible barriers between them for containment. They are also capable of linking directly to Nico's brain and transmitting data to and from the Union's mainframe. The Psycho Pods are integral to forming Nico's ultimate weapon, the Astral Dolls, recreating other Union members and copying their abilities. With training, most people can control one Psycho Pod but through Unforgettable, Nico can control 11 at once.
