Phil Hawkins (フィル=ホーキンス, Firu Hōkinsu) was member no. 4 of the Round Table. In the current loop he is sits in the 7th seat of the 101st round table. He is a Negator with the alias Unfeel.
Appearance
Phil looks like a little kid with limbs made from various artifacts, mainly Entruster, giving him an almost doll-like appearance. Phil has green hair and green eyes. He wears a standard Dress shirt and tie with shorts and suspenders.
Personality
Phil has a quiet and, due to his Negator Ability, unfeeling personality. He doesn't talk and often sucks on his thumb. He is shown to care deeply for his mother, going so far as to be willing to sacrifice his own life in return for his mother’s safe return to the Earth.
Plot
Past
Phil was born in a space station as a part of the "New Feeling" project, an experiment meant to see how people would adapt in space. However, something happened that caused the station to be destroyed, with Phil being the only survivor thanks to his Negator ability awakening.
He was later recruited into the Union and given the Artifact Entruster due to being the only one capable of using it without suffering the backlash effects. Despite his young age, he has the 4th Seat and participates in many quests, showing his high competence and skill.
Spoil Arc
When Andy and Fuuko join the organization, Andy shoots fingers at each member, but Isshin protects Phil from it. When Apocalypse reveals the new Quests, he along with other members take on UMA Burn, Eat and Past quests.
Later while Andy, Fuuko and Shen prepare to head out for Spoil, Nico Vorgeil was checking Phil's artifacts, but Fuuko's Unluck caused one of his artifacts to misfire and hit Andy.
When they captured Spoil, Shen called for help in stopping Victor and Phil along with the rest came fight Victor. He was using his artifacts to fight him and would combo with Isshin, who holds Victor's copies, while Phil shoots them both.
Unbelievable Arc
After the Four Seasons Quest set is revealed, Billy attacks everyone as he tries to steal the Roundtable. Once again, Isshin blocks the shot meant for Phil but gets injured. While Under is escaping, he and Shen are tasked with guarding the Artifact storage to prevent anything else being stolen.
Unfeel Arc
In the 101st loop, Fuuko, alongside Creed and Nico (plus Sean and Gina stowing away), enter the space station to save Phil. Phil detects them and hacks the space shuttle to help board. Phil properly reveals himself to the group as they are investigating the station without a space suit, asking them to save his mother from "them". He then reveals himself to be a machine in this timeline due to having caught a deadly disease, his mother placing his brain in a robotic body to save him. He then reveals that "them" are in fact aliens, a product of Galaxy's promotion to Master Rule last loop - Fuuko further mentions that unlike the Acks these are not Juniors, rather they're actual living organisms.
Phil uses himself as a guinea pig to show how to fight against them, due to seeing no value in his life because of his apparent lack of emotions. Fuuko saves him from the aliens and everyone retreats to reconvene. Later, they find the habitat where his mother is but she urges them too flee and take Phil to safety, saying she deserves what is happening due to "failing Phil". They continue to fight the aliens and discover they are attracted to strong emotions. The aliens are lured by Phil's frustration over his mother being in peril, leading all of the aliens away from the station.
As Phil realizes he still has his emotions thanks to Fuuko, God awakens Unfeel within him. Phil uses the last of his strength to move Fuuko away from the alien queen as it swallows him whole. Surviving inside the queen, he discovers the source of its power, "Entruster", and merging with it gives him the power to slay the queen and save everyone else. On the reentry trip, the queen's eggs threaten to make the Union's shuttle crash into a populated area, so he tries to slow down their descent with Gina's help as the rest of the Union git rid of the eggs, letting the crash in a river near Hong Kong, with Fuuko welcoming him to Earth.
Sick Arc
Phil participates in the fight against Sick at the hospital.
Abilities
Unfeel (
Mechanical Body: Phil's body is mechanical, with only his brain being the sole organic part of his body.
Laser: Phil can shoot lasers from his arms.
Flight: Phis is able to fly
Hacking: In the 101st loop, he is shown to be capable of hacking machines, as shown by taking control of the space shuttle the Union used, the doors of the space station he lived in, and even one of Nico's Psycho Pods.
Equipment
Entruster: A doll shaped artifact that has become one with Phil's body. It converts the feelings of anyone who has used it so far into power. In the 101st Loop, he can push Entrusted even further.
