Tella was the no.2 member of Under, and was Billy's Radioman during their mercenary days. He is the sixth member of the Union during the 101st loop.
Appearance[]
Tella is a man of average height with bright hair that splits in the middle. He wears a mask that cover every part of his face below his eyes. He has a pair of speakers that hovers around him.
Personality[]
Tella is loyal to Billy, and willingly follows his orders, giving their past of working for the same organization.
Plot[]
History[]
He was once a member of an organization called "Horizon Balance", a mercenary group that was dispatched to locate an ancient super weapon called Disc, his job meant to locate enemy location, though in actuality, Horizon Balance sought to steal it to prevent the weapon from falling into the wrong hands. However, a miscalculation on his part soon lead to a group of tanks lead by Creed to roll up to where their camp was stationed, containing all of their injured. Just before he could do anything, God awakened Untell within him, and unable to say or do anything, could watch in horror as it was blown up. He would be rescued by Billy, who would then survive aerial bombardment by both sides before being attacked by a bitter Creed. After Billy convinces the former general to stand down, the two would help Billy form Under to prevent the younger members of the Union from fighting God.

In the 101st loop, Tella, as a member of Horizon Balance, was once again tasked with looking over enemy placement, and one night, look after the injured. But when a group of tanks lead by Creed to roll up to where their camp was stationed, God awakened Untell and was unable to warn them. However, The Union manages to step in and protect the injured from harm. Billy later finds him about to suffocate due to his ability and gets him to tell him what happened by reading his heartbeat. When Billy confronts the Union about their intentions for Disc, a fight breaks out, but is stopped when Tella uses his Untell to prevent a bullet from hitting Billy. He later helps the Union prevent Disc from falling on Nico, and after that is settled, he, Billy, and Creed join the Union.
Abilities[]
Untell: Any and all conscious means of communication that utilize his own body are negated. This does not affect subconscious behaviors and information can still be gained by interpreting these. Tella later expanded his interpretation of Untell into negating the "transmission" of objects through him, allowing his body to repel attacks as if hitting an invisible barrier.
Natural Sing Voice: Tella had a beautiful sing voice, as noted by the members of Horizon Balance. Following Untell's awaking, Tella can no longer speak.
Communications Expert: Tella served as a communications expert during his time in the military and has continued to develop his technical expertise
Equipment[]
Brain-Interface Speakers: As Untell renders him unable to speak, Tella uses a set of speakers that constantly read his brain waves, heart beat and other subconscious actions to produce speech. These speakers can also generate sound loud enough to block incoming attacks through air pressure.
Unknown Portal Device: Tella has been shown using portals to transport himself and other members of Under, similarly to Move's portals. The method is unclear but can be assumed to be an artifact.

- The kanji for Untell is 不通, which manifests in his inability to communicate (通), but the characters can also be read as "stop," "suspend," "obstruct," and anything else that could be a term for "not pass/go through," hence Untell's ability to block projectiles as previously stated.
- Tella is forced to use speakers while his corresponding UMA, Tell, has a microphone-shaped head.
