Top Bull Sparx (トップブルスパークス Toppu Buru Supākusu?) was member no. 7 of the 100th Round Table. He is a Negator with the alias Unstoppable.
He lived in Brazil before becoming a member.
He serves as the main antagonist of the Unstoppable Arc before being supplemented with Beast.
Appearance[]
Top is a dark-skinned teenager with bandages on his face. He has wild blonde hair, along with strangely shaped angled eyebrows. He wears a black and yellow tracksuit with the union symbol on the front of his jacket.
He's often seen wearing a cast on one of his arms.
Personality[]
In the 100th Loop, Top is mature for his age due to the tragedy he faced at a young age. He was also very altruistic, willing to throw a chance to enter the Olympics for the sake of his friends knowing full well that they needed the money more.

In the 101st Loop, Top is older, but also more bitter and childish ironically. Being chased out of his home due to his mother contracting a contiguous plague, he adopted a social-darwinistic mindset, wanting revenge by regularly using his Unstoppable to ransack the village. This mindset seems to mainly be to push away Haruka, who he has feelings for, but doesn't want to trouble. When faced with a stronger opponent, he will attempt to negotiate in an attempt to walk away, as shown with both Fuuko and Beast, but isn't afraid to fight when the chips are down and can use it as a feint as well for the latter.
Plot[]
History[]
Top was born and raised in a favela in Brazil. Growing up, Top often raced with his friends, becoming the fastest among them. To these boys, sports was the only way they could have a good future, and would often make bets whereby a winner of any race would win an item, such as a burger. Top and his friends enter a race of which first place would be allowed (supposedly) to enter the Olympics in four years. That night, Top's mother treated him to a roast chicken, which Top actively refused in favor of his mother eating, which she in turn refused. While sitting with his mother, Top decides he will lose the race in order to allow his friends who need the money it offers more to win. As he race begins, Top slows to a halt, accepting his loss, but is suddenly projected forward and passes out.
Upon awakening, Top is met by Juiz, As top asks where his friends are, Nico brings one in in a wheel chair, and reveals the other two had died immediately on impact when Top ran into them, thought officially it was said a car ran them over. Juiz explains the ability unstoppable, and how it awoke from Top's desire to stop, negating his ability to do so. Top runs off, refusing to believe her words, but activates unstoppable and falls over, cracking his back. Top sobs, blaming himself for the death of his friends, to which Juiz consoles him, telling him he is a victim of God's exploitations. She gives Top a contact card and tells him all medical bills had been paid, before leaving. As they leave, Top uses unstoppable to catch up to them, declaring he must take down God or he will never make it up to his friends. Following this, Top is brought into Union, becoming the 7th seat.
Spoil Arc[]
When Andy and Fuuko arrive at the roundtable, Andy shoots a finger at each member and Top just avoids it. When they sit on the roundtable, Apocalypse gives them new quests and Fuuko asks Top what he and he is explains that Apocalypse is the first Artifact found on Earth and when all of them sit on the table, he gives them unreasonably impossible quests with rewards and penalties for completing them or not. He then takes participation in capturing of UMA Burn and Eat.
Later when Spoil is captured, Shen calls the Union for help stopping Victor and they come. As Victor attempts to attack Fuuko and Shen, Top accelerates and takes them before he can reach them and leaves them out of town. He tells Fuuko that Gina managed to defeat Andy last time and currently they don't have a plan. Hearing that Fuuko decides to head back and Top asks Shen to stop her, but he explains he is not in condition to do so. Having no choice, Top decides to bring her back. Going back, she realizes who the real Victor is and latches on him, while Top and the other Union members keep protecting her until she is able to bring back Andy for a moment and then defeat Victor by activating her ability.
Top is present at the Roundtable when the Quest results are presented, seemingly proud of the successes in all the quests he participated in. Later, he excitedly watches the newly added Galaxy create the stars and the Acks be destroyed by Juiz.
Unbelievable Arc[]
After the Four Seasons Quest set is revealed and Billy attacks everyone, Top manages to dodge but Isshin is struck in the neck. Billy taunts him with how easy it was to eliminate her, which causes Top to immediately break his neck with a kick despite Andy's attempt to stop him. Tatiana is horrified but he simply exclaims that its obvious he was a traitor. Shortly after, Billy fully heals and declares that Under will be taking the Roundtable as Burn, Rip and Latla emerge. Top immediately tried to strike Billy again, but he gets countered as Billy also moves at a great speed, ending Top's acceleration.
After Fuuko and Andy manage to force a stalemate and Under leaves with the Roundtable, Top is present as Juiz reveals the natures of the Loops. When she tasks Fuuko and Andy with finding the author of To You, From Me he is initially skeptical about the novel but when Tatiana gives him a copy he quickly becomes interested.
Summer Arc[]
After a long battle, Andy, Fuuko, Shen and Mui manage to defeat Feng but not before Summer enters Phase 2. Top arrives carrying Chikara and with Apocalypse in an Unbreakable cage. Following Andy's instruction, he takes Chikara to a vantage point where he can use Unmove to hold Summer in place, allowing Tatiana to get in position and destroy Summer's body all at once.
Later, as Winter causes the temperature to drop, Tella arrives to offer a trade with the Union. Top, Andy, Shen and Mui attack him, but he repels them with his speakers. He is incredulous that Andy would allow Fuuko to go with Under, but still endeavors to become stronger for the Spring battle.
Spring Arc[]
After the date of the Spring Raid is revealed, Andy pairs the Union members with specific Under members, hoping to maximize their odds. Top and Chikara are partnered up against Creed. They train alongside Tatiana, with Top getting the Tachyorizer and Chikara learning to control a Psycho Pod. When the battle comes, they initially have the advantage, but Creed's ability and tactical wit manages to corner them and he manages to blind and injure Chikara. They both know Top can't just dodge forever, so Top leaves the tower - initially Creed sarcastically commends him for giving up, but Chikara powers through his wounds to use Unmove and hold Creed while Top accelerates to the speed of light. Top runs several loops around the earth, pushing the Tachyorizer to its limits, but manages to delivers an Unstoppable Kick to Creed, destroying his equipment and knocking him out.
Ragnarok Arc[]
After the death of three of the Four Seasons sets in motion the Pseudo-Revolution, the Union set out to capture several UMAs to slow it down as much as possible. Top is seen capturing Spin. Later, when Ruin and Seal begin their assault on Union HQ, he carries Haruka on his back to keep her safe as long as possible. Billy calls him and lies, telling him that he allowed Ruin to kill Fuuko - thus allowing him to copy Unstoppable again. Later, Seal managed to capture Move and used his portals to catch up to them - Top fights him but is fatally injured in the end; however Feng defeats Seal before he can finish Top off. As Fuuko loops, he and everyone on Earth dies, bringing the 100th Loop to a close.
Union Arc[]
He is mentioned as one of the negators Fuuko wants to recruit to form the Ultimate Union.
Unburn Arc[]
He is shown by Andy's Soul Bullets pointing towards him as well as Kurusu, Backs, Tatiana, and Julia following his attack on Change to allow the Union to escape. He is shown walking through town blowing bubblegum with a morose expression on his face.
Unstoppable Arc[]
After recruiting Julia, Fuuko flies to Brazil to make contact with Top, as he's been under Haruka's care. However it turns out he's become a petty criminal to try to care for his mother and display and overall more negative personality than last loop; furthermore, he regularly quarrels with Haruka, the latter trying to catch him and make him stop using his powers for evil due to her Unbreakable shoes allowing him to run without end, with his stop condition having changed from needing a drastic change to his body to simply breaking something with a kick.
Returning home after one such haul after stealing from Fuuko and Julia, he is admonished by his mother for stealing and states they live in society, and this would be no better than "beasts" for disregarding them and will never receive help. Top refutes her, stating following those rules is what caused her current situation, and he will embracing being a 'beast' to live. While in the forest, Fuuko attacks him to get his attention - during which he attempts to suggest a team up. Fuuko refuses, stating Negator abilities are meant for revenge, in which Top reveals how much being persecuted brought him despite following rules, with no one coming to help him or his mom. Fuuko counters by stating Haruka's was there for him. When Fuuko's Bad Luck Bullet triggers a landslide, he immedatly rushes home to save his mom, before finding Haruka already there and placed the house inside an Unbreakable barrier.
However, before he can figure out what is happening, they get interrupted by the newly arrived Beast who immediately injures Haruka and copies Unbreakable. He tries to reason with Beast, arguing for coexistence, but Beast rebukes that he, and by extension all animals, hate humans and only exist to cause them suffering. They struggle to overcome his unbreakable armor, but as Fuuko manages to understand her soul and communicate with the previous users of Unluck - Top also manages to grow stronger and receives words of encouragement from the previous Unstoppables. With this, Haruka's Runner's Regalia and Fuuko's Unluck, he lands the final blow on the Master Rule.
Language Arc[]
He is on the Kinto'Un cloud, heading to Union HQ as he is too exhausted to run there. While en route, Language begins her attack and takes away their ability to speak as War's juniors attack them. He arrives with everyone else shortly after Language is defeated.
Abilities[]
Unstoppable (
- Unstoppable Kick: When Top accelerates to his maximum speed exceeding the speed of light, he unleashes an unstoppable kick capable of destroying everything in his path with friction from the impact.
- Sonic Somersault: Top preforms a high speed somersault kick on the opponent.
Enhanced Stamina: Top possesses a great amount of stamina, managing to run for a long time without showing any fatigue or discomfort, only stopping when his body undergoes a dramatic change stopping his acceleration.
Equipment[]
UN-ST Tachyorizer: Top uses a suit of armor that protects his body as he accelerates to the speed of light. The armor has an on-board computers to keep Top updated on its status[2]. Even being custom made for that purpose, the acceleration is so severe that it can only withstand it for a limited amount of time, breaking afterwards.
Unbreakable 12-Layered Robe - Runner's Regalia: In the 101st Loop, Haruka manages to make an unbreakable set of armor for Top to use. Unlike the Tachyorizer, it seems to have no electronics but can withstand the acceleration indefinitely due to Unbreakable negating the wear from Top's full acceleration.[3].
