Description[]
Unfair allows the user to negate the fairness of having one negator ability. The condition for activation in the 100th loop is that the user must be seen as a threat or hostile by the target; should the target's perception of the user change, the copy vanishes; this includes a copy of a dead person's ability, but it is theorized its actually a copy of the ability's next wielder. However, in the 101st loop the condition is changed to "acknowledging one's strength" as Billy's kind, fair nature gives it new form after he acknowledges the Union's "spirit".
One aspect of Unfair is that the user does not automatically know how to use the abilities it copies to the same potential as the original; for example, Andy notices Billy's use of Unstoppable lacks the same refinement compared to Top's Unstoppable. Likewise, Billy in the 101st loop also cannot copy Unbreakable in part because he lacks the crafting expertise the Yamaoka family has to be able to keep the ability active without having the ability itself.
