Victor (ヴィクトル Vikutoru?) is shrouded in mystery. He claims to be the original personality of Andy. The Union refers to him as Victhor (ヴィクトール Vikutōru?).
He is also known by the epithet Divine Conqueror (戦勝の神 Senshō no kami?).
He served as a major antagonist near the end of the Spoil Arc to the Autumn Arc before abandoning his quest to kill the Union's leader, Juiz, as well as Fuuko.
Appearance[]
Victor and Andy share almost identical appearances with, such as their face but with the exception of their hair - Victor's hair is dark and longer with two bangs at the front and spiky locks facing upward, compared to Andy's which are parted to the back and are a silver color.
When Victor is in control of the body, his torso is also covered with numerous scars all over his skin. He also does not have the petal plates that Andy usually has stabbed on the left of his forehead because it has to be removed for Victor to replace Andy.
Personality[]
Victor was once an empathetic and protective individual who hated seeing his allies die, according to Juiz. However, he became increasingly desensitized due to the deaths that he witnessed with each loop. Eventually, he became a cold and ruthless warrior that expresses no pity or compassion when he fights to kill if it is necessary to achieve his goals. He is a keen strategist with unpredecented life experience and utilizes his intellect to determine the skills of his opponents just by observation alone and judges if they are strong or not based on what they demonstrate. He hates cowards and people who hide behind others during a fight, praising anyone who fights head-on with him or who he thinks is strong.
Plot[]
History[]
It is currently unknown how he and Juiz met, but he worked with Juiz on creating the Union in slaying God so he could die. He used to be a key member as the number two seat of the Union, and in one loop fought Spoil alongside Gina Chamber, Void Volks, and Juiz.[1] However, no matter how many times the Union fought God, they would always fail. Eventually, early in the 100th loop while claiming the Artifact "Remember," Victor gave into despair and tried to kill Juiz, not wanting to see his love struggle anymore because of him. It was only thanks to Unjustice that Juiz was able to fight back and use Remember on Victor to try and erase his memories. The resulting "death" of his personality caused Undead to create an alter-ego to try and negate that. Victor would still live inside the body, while the alter ego that would eventually become known as Andy became the active personality. However, Victor still wanted to "save" Juiz by killing her, not caring what this meant for the rest of the world.
Spoil Arc[]
Facing an overwhelming enemy, Andy removes his card, and Shen sends both Spoil and Andy into space. There, Spoil tries to disintegrate Andy, but he regenerates instantly, and his hair grows and becomes darker. He shoots two of his fingers, and they regenerate into copies of himself. Using his technique, he cuts Spoil to pieces using his copies and takes its core.
As he comes back to Earth, Shen tells Mui to beam away Spoil. Andy attempts to regain control of the body, causing Victor to angrily tell him it's impossible to kill him, and then tries to attack Fuuko, but Shen stops him and calls him Victhor. Victor tells him that he is just human and not a god, and he easily beats Shen even though he is using his ability. Shen says he won't be able to keep the promise to Andy to beat Victor but calls on the rest of the Union members to help. Victor tries to attack them, but Tatiana protects everyone, and then Billy uses her shields to ricochet his bullets and hit Victor. Nico Vorgeil then splits Victor in two while he's burning, and realizes his regeneration doesn't start, and Nico explains that he experimented with Andy for 10 years and figured his regeneration slows when he is burned. Victor comments that it may be effective on Andy, but not on him, and shoots his finger and regenerates from it. He attempts to attack Fuuko, but Top Bull Sparx takes both Shen and Fuuko to safety.
As they keep fighting him, Victor starts to analyze little by little their abilities and creates copies of himself to face each of the Union members. Fuuko eventually returns and, seeing the katana and Clothes, realizes who is the real Victor and latches on him, touching as much skin as she can in attempt to cause a huge stroke of Unluck. She explains that she dislikes him and will take more time, while if it was Andy, it would be only seconds. The Union then decides to protect her until she can bring back Andy just for a moment. They start protecting her from Victor's attacks. While trying to think of a way to get Andy out, she notices a revolver was sneaked into her jacket's pocket and uses it to shoot Victor in the scar, commenting the other copies doesn't have the scar and this must be the place he keeps Andy locked. She puts her finger in the hole, preventing him from regenerating the injury and calls for Andy. Victor's left side then turns into Andy, who kisses Fuuko and tells her they will continue later. Feeling completely embarrassed, she runs away and tells everyone to do so too as big stroke of Unluck is coming. Victor doesn't intend to let them go, but Shen is able to see Victor as he had lifted himself up with his staff and manages to activate his ability to prevent him from attacking or being able to case after them. Victor comments it's been a long time since he was defeated by a person before Longing is decimated by a meteorite shower. Fuuko then runs toward Victor's burnt body and sticks Andy's card back, sealing Victor away once more.
Autumn Arc[]
From the information given to Akira Kuno by the G-Liner, Sean Datz's animosity with Rip due to the former surgeon conscripting him into Under causes him to kill Fuuko while she and Andy are fighting Autumn, in an effort to get a higher seat than Rip. However, this weakens Andy's resolve enough for Victor to reclaim control and kill Juiz, thus dooming the world to God.
When Fuuko travels inside of Andy's memories thanks to Anno's efforts to "train" their negator ability, Fuuko runs into Victor due to him sharing the body. He then proceeds to repeatedly kill Fuuko to try and wipe her out of existence so he can reclaim control and kill Juiz. However, Victor runs into the Andy that would chronologically meet Fuuko for the first time. The two would fight, with the previous Undead revealing his true destructive capabilities. Andy's own growth thanks to Fuuko's interactions with him as "the Chief" allows him to channel Fuuko's Unluck into his Part Bullets, eventually defeating Victor when the same capsule that would seal Andy on August 1st appears while he was weakened as a stroke of Unluck. Victor realizes that Andy and Fuuko's growth of their abilities and gives up trying to kill Juiz, explain his reason as why he would try to save "the person [he] loves the most". However, seeing the duo's growth convinces him there may still be hope, and leaves to the deeper corners of Andy's mind to watch how things go from here.
Ragnarok Arc[]
When Andy is temporarily knocked down in his fight against Rip thanks to Latla's sacrifice, Victor shows up and questions why Andy isn't fighting back. When Andy explains his predicament with Rip and Latla's "justice" in saving Liela, Victor explains to him to have Fuuko ride the Ark, since the current loop is already doomed. When Andy agrees with Victor's idea, he gives him the power to defeat Rip.
When Fuuko is being made the new first seat of the Union, he temporally emerges to give Fuuko all of his points, allowing her to ride the Ark. When Sun finally emerges and proves too much for the Union's efforts, Andy swaps places with him, with it revealed that he asked Andy beforehand so he could be there during Juiz's final moments, in exchange for not manifesting at all during the next loop. He then gives Juiz Rebellion so that she can use her hatred of God to hold it back. When Juiz dies after due to the effects of Rebellion, rather than relief, Victor is filled with sadness and rage, allowing the Great Sacred Artifact to possess him and fight Sun. As he struggles to hold back Sun, he silently realizes how much Juiz really meant to him due to always being there at his immortal side.
Once Fuuko loops, he is the only Negators who fights God as many copies of Sun appear before the remaining Negators, using Rebellion to fight as long as he can before the world is consumed. Victor/Andy's remains are then left to float into space for the next loop, with the former going to sleep as per their agreement.
Abilities[]
Undead (
- Division Bullet (
分裂弾 Divijon baretto?): Victor fires off his severed fingers and regenerates a partially complete body from them, creating temporary clones which can attack on his behalf.[3] - Parts Bullet Fingers (
部位弾指連 Pātsu baretto fingāzu?): [4] - Deadline (
死閃 Deddorain?): Victor fires out a stream of blood and condenses it into a massive slashing attack of different variates. Some such varieties include:- Deadline Whips: Victor slams his fingers together causing his tips of his finger to spurt out a large amount of blood, He then swings his hands around, turning the high-pressure streams of blood into a makeshift whip capable of slicing entire buildings into pieces. - Deadline Blade: Victor extends a Dead Blade and swings it to create a massive slash. The attack is shown to stretch several kilometers, even slashing the clouds.
- Dead Vulcan: Victor severs his fingertips and fires out a stream of blood bullets similar to a machine gun. [6]
- Dead Blade: Victor shoots a stream of blood from his arm and solidifies it into a blade-like shape. [7] He can also perform Deadline with this technique.
- Dead Road: Victor severs his arms and regenerates the blood at high speeds, creating a large, spiral-shaped stream of blood to blast opponents with.[8]
High Pain Tolerance: Victor even regenerating can still feel pain, but he has great resistance to pain, not even caring about getting hurt or self-injuring himself, neither shows reaction when fatally injured or dismembered nor caring about the pain.

Without Limiter: Victor has strength and speed beyond human limits, ignoring the natural limiter that the human body has for self-preservation, with his blows having so much force that they break his limbs upon contact but thanks to his rapid regeneration he recovers instantly.
Equipment[]
Kurikara: Victor wields Kurikara - an indestructible katana that has the word "Unbreakable" engraved on its handle. It was forged by the Negator Unbreakable.[9]
Clothes: Victor wore the UMA clothes as his suit after Andy had already tamed him.[10]
