War (ウォー Wō?) is the Concept-Type UMA that embodies the concept of war. He is the "Sixth Master Rule UMA" that sits at the Sixth seat in the Master Room.
Appearance[]
He has a well-built and muscular figure. Half of his face is burnt off to the bone and the other half has various large scars. He is seen smoking a cigar, causing the smoke to escape from the mouth and eye sockets of the skull side. His clothing consists of a full military uniform, adorned with various medals. He wears a military cap while having bulky headphones covering his ears.
When War reaches Phase 3, his size also increases. His face becomes completely skeletal, and he is seen smoking two cigars, which create clouds of smoke around his head. On his body instead appear several weapons, including a cannon in place of his right arm, a set of rocket launchers in place of his left arm and other cannons protruding from his lower body. His torso is completely exposed, showing evident musculature and a grenade placed in the center of his chest.
Personality[]
War has the typical personality of a general and therefore shows extreme harshness, not failing to address his subordinates with threats and humiliating insults; when he sends his Juniors to attack Fuuko, Top and Haruka, War calls them "maggots", stating that they are his men and that they must fulfill their duties. In contrast, War treats the other Master Rules as his equals, but is prone to getting irritated and even attacking them when things do not go as he would like.
As the embodiment of the concept of war itself, he enjoys the thrill of battle, stating that the best part of battles is when they bring out the strength and depravity of people.
Plot[]
Like all other UMAs, War was created by God at the beginning of the loops, when he began adding rules to the newly created world to test humans. War in particular was added to "incite mass slaughter" and lead to bitter conflicts to protect individuals.
Sick Arc[]
When Fuuko enters the Master Room, he is seen looking at Fuuko while smoking a cigar. After she enters, he admonishes Sick for playing around too much when he fought the Union and that his rule takes too long to take effect. When Fuuko asks for the whereabouts of Andy, he is annoyed and retorts that Andy was "starting to weaken too", before stating that Soul must answer her question since he offered first.
Unstoppable Arc[]
On September 30th 2015, Apocalypse calls the Master Room in order to get Master Rule representatives for the next quests, stating he needs a minimum of 2 Master Rules to participate and gives them 3 minutes to decide who will go. He, along with all the other Master Rules wish to be representatives, before Andy begins to attack the Master Room.
When Andy uses Soul Vulcan to attack him, he doesn't move and takes the attack while sustaining minimal damage to himself. After the Master Rule Time uses Time Defense, he praises him before attacking Andy himself, calling "Genocide Weapons" into a handheld transceiver. This causes multiple military weapons such as tanks and machine guns to appear and bombard Andy once he shouts "Fire". This seemingly damages Andy's body, however, Andy uses his soul to create Soul Chains to capture almost all of the Master Rules except for Soul.
Language Arc[]
After Beast is defeated and his chair begins to disintegrate, Change angrily asks Soul how just three negators could defeat a Master Rule while before it took almost the whole Union, including Andy, to defeat Sick. Soul tells her that the negators have finally begun to understand his Rule and if they continue to underestimate them, the Rules are certainly going to lose. Enraged by this, Change, Luck, War and Sick jump onto the table and are about to attack Soul but he tells them they can't beat him, furthermore that Language is on her way to kill the negator with the most advanced knowledge of souls: Ichico Nemuri.
While Fuuko, Julia, Haruka and Top are on their way from Brazil to Union HQ atop Kinto'un they are attacked by what they at first think is fighter jets. They quickly realize they are actually War's juniors, sent there to slow them down and prevent them from helping Nico and Ichico, who are currently fighting Language.
Abilities[]
- Immense Durability: War took superficial damage from Tella's sonic attacks and the Unchange and Unstoppable attacks used by Billy, emerging unfazed from both attacks without showing any discomfort.
War attacks Billy and Tella with a nuclear explosion
- Genocide Weapons: War has the ability to create any weapon of war by speaking into his transceiver, which he may use to fire at his command. War has so far shown that he can summon tanks, airships with entire air fleets, and even a nuclear bomb. In one occasion he even summoned two oversized miniguns which seemed to be emerging from hovering portals. Once reaching Phase 3, War appears to be able to call down his weapons even without a transceiver, placing several mines on the ground with Tella and Billy only emerging unharmed due to their negations repelling the explosions.
- Junior Creation: War can create Juniors which appear as fighter jets with animal features, such a mouths and claws. He can command them directly through his transceiver even from the Master Room.

- War's favorite weapon is landmines because they test humanity's karma.
